3. Core Structure Grading
Pine cores are sorted by density and structural integrity. Defective materials such as voids, overlaps, and weak joints are strictly removed to ensure strong internal performance.
4. Environmental Glue Application
We use high-quality E0/E1-grade adhesives. Glue spreading is precisely controlled to ensure uniform bonding strength while maintaining environmental safety standards.
5. Hot Press Process Control
