2. Precise Drying & Moisture Control

All veneers are dried under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. We strictly manage moisture content to prevent warping, delamination, and internal stress during production and usage.

3. Core Structure Grading

Pine cores are sorted by density and structural integrity. Defective materials such as voids, overlaps, and weak joints are strictly removed to ensure strong internal performance.

4. Environmental Glue Application

We use high-quality E0/E1-grade adhesives. Glue spreading is precisely controlled to ensure uniform bonding strength while maintaining environmental safety standards.

5. Hot Press Process Control

Temperature, pressure, and pressing time are strictly monitored during hot pressing. This ensures full curing of the adhesive and strong, long-lasting layer bonding.

6. Surface Sanding & Finishing

Advanced sanding equipment is used to achieve a smooth and even surface. Each board is checked for thickness tolerance, flatness, and surface defects before finishing.
