We carefully select high-quality cores such as poplar, eucalyptus, or mixed hardwood. Each core is inspected for density, voids, cracks, and moisture balance to ensure a stable foundation.

2. Precise Moisture Control

All veneers and cores are kiln-dried under controlled conditions. Moisture content is strictly maintained within the standard range to prevent warping, bubbling, and delamination after pressing or usage.

3. High-Quality EV White Surface Selection

We use premium EV (Engineered Veneer) white decorative layers with consistent color, smooth texture, and uniform coating. Each sheet is checked for color consistency and surface defects before lamination.

4. Advanced Lamination & Pressing Process

EV white surface is bonded to the plywood core using high-quality E0/E1 adhesives. Temperature, pressure, and pressing time are strictly controlled to ensure perfect adhesion and long-term durability.

5. Surface Flatness & Sanding Control

After pressing, each board is sanded with precision equipment to ensure a flat and smooth surface, suitable for direct use in furniture production without additional finishing.

6. White Surface Quality Inspection
