What is LVT Flooring?
LVT flooring stands for Luxury Vinyl Tile, a type of resilient vinyl floor.It is a sheet/block made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin by hot pressing or calendering process of UV Coating Layer (2-3 coats), Wear Layer (0.2mm-0.8mm), Print/Decor Layer, Vinyl Core Layer, Fiberglass Layer, and Backing Layer (IXPE/Cork).It can highly mimic the appearance of natural materials such as hardwood, stone, terrazzo, cement or ceramics.
Installation methods include Dry Back, Click and Loose Lay. With the advantages of waterproof and mildew-proof, quick installation, green environmental protection, easy maintenance, durability, affordability, etc., it should be widely used inresidential spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, foyers, corridors, living rooms, etc.), commercial spaces (office buildings, retail stores, shopping malls, hotels, fitness and leisure venues), as well as in health care, education, government, senior citizen apartments, and old refurbishment projects etc.
